Portable X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer MARS is intended for non-destructive qualitative and quantitative determination of the mass concentration of chemical elements in solids, bulk materials, powders, liquids, samples deposited on films and filter paper. The design of the spectrometer makes it possible to study large samples without sample preparation, and self-contained power allows the instrument to be used in the field.
